B. Vann Home Rehab, LLC is owned and operated by Brian Vannieuwenhoven. Brian moved to Grand Rapids, MI after serving in the US Army. Brian got into carpentry as a way to supplement a music career, and a new passion was born. After 6 years of working on a rehab crew for a real estate investor, Brian got his contractors license and started B. Vann Home Rehab, LLC in 2019.
